MyMEdia
Club is a subscription-based preferred monthly pricing plan that can
save you money on the ringtones, graphics and games you buy every month
on AT&T MEdia Mall.
Sign Up and Cancellation
- How do I sign up for a MyMEdia Club subscription?
You can sign up for a MyMEdia Club
subscription from your phone via text message or through the MEdia Mall from
your phone.
- By Text Message: Text message the word "YES" to
2582 (club) and follow the instructions provided in the text message
returned to your phone.*
- Through MEdia Mall:
- Launch MEdia Net from your phone's main menu, select
Tones, Games, Apps, choose MyMEdia Club, then
follow the prompts to sign up for the subscription package that fits you best.
- Or simply select "Use MyMEdia Club" before buying your
next ringtone, game or graphic.
- How do I cancel my MyMEdia Club Subscription?
You can also cancel a MyMEdia Club
subscription from your phone via text message or through the MEdia Mall from
your phone.
- By Text Message: Text message the word "STOP" to
2582 and follow the instructions provided in the text message returned
to your phone.* Click the link and then choose MEdia Mall Account link at the bottom
of the page, then MyMEdia Club.
There will be instructions explaining how to cancel. The step by step
process is as follows: To cancel your subscription, go to My Billing,
click on this link, next choose the Current Purchases
link, select the title AT&T MEdia Mall (price) – the price will
depend
upon your specific club level – $5.99, $9.99 or $14.99. Next choose the
modify subscription link available at the base of the page and then
finally select do not renew.

- How do I know if my phone is MyMEdia Club compatible?
Credits
can be used for all downloadable-capable AT&T wireless phones. You
can tell if your wireless phone is compatible by selecting your phone
make and model using the images provided at the Media Mall website
(www.att.com/mediamall). Only content compatible with your phone will
be shown.
- How much does MyMEdia Club cost?
This
is a subscription service that renews on the same calendar day each
month based on when you make your first purchase. A monthly charge of
$5.99 (15 credits), $9.99 (30 credits), or $14.99 (50 credits) will
appear on your bill. Unused credits will be forfeited and do not roll
over to the next month. Monthly credits are made available at the same
time each month.
If you choose to
cancel your MyMEdia Club subscription, any unused credits are forfeited
for the current monthly period and charges will NOT be prorated. Once
canceled, you will have the chance to use the remaining credits until
the end of your billing cycle.
Kilobyte usage will be deducted from your
Data Plan, or be charged at a pay-per-use rate of
$0.01/kb.

- Can credits be used to subscribe to a service?
No, credits are only available for one-time
purchases and cannot be used for subscriptions with monthly recurring
charges.
- What content can I order via MyMEdia Club? Where is it
located?
MyMEdia
Club credits are applicable only to ringtones, games, graphics,videos and themes purchased on MEdia Mall from your AT&T wireless phone or via att.com/mediamall.
- I already had a Tone Club subscription, what happened to
my existing credits?
All
Tone Club program members' credits were upgraded to the new MyMEdia
Club model on 2/27/2007. One Tone Club credit now equals five MyMEdia
Club credits.
For example, a Tone Club member who had 2
available credits was upgraded to 10 MyMEdia Club credits.
- What do I need to do if I already had a Tone Club
subscription?
Nothing. Your existing Tone Club subscription was automatically converted to MyMEdia Club on 2/27/2007. A $5.99 subscription gives you 15 credits. As an example, you will still be able to buy three ringtones at a discount. A $9.99 subscription gives you 30 credits and lets you buy the same number of discounted ringtones and graphics you did with your Tone Club subscription. Now both tiers enable you to buy discounted games, videos, and themes too! The $14.99 tier is a new option and is great for game lovers.
If you would like to "move up" a tier, complete the following
steps:
Step 1: Use up your existing
credits.
Step 2: Cancel your existing
subscription by sending "Stop" to 7225.
Step 3: Upgrade to new MyMEdia Club tier
by texting "Yes" to 7225.
- Do I have to be an AT&T subscriber to join MyMEdia
Club?
Yes.
MyMEdia Club and MEdia Mall download content are available only to
AT&T wireless subscribers. Our library has been developed
specifically to ensure compatibility with AT&T handsets.
- I made a purchase using MyMEdia Club and it didn't
download to my phone. How can I get a refund?
If your purchase was less than 24 hours
ago, launch MEdia Net on your phone, select the Tones, Games,
Apps category, and access the MEdia Mall Account link at the base of the
page. Click the title of your purchase to redownload it to your phone.
If more than 24 hours have passed since
your purchase, a refund is only possible by cancelling your entire MyMEdia
Club subscription. To cancel, text "STOP" to 7225.
Your entire MyMEdia Club subscription charge for the month is
automatically refunded AND your MyMEdia Club subscription will be
cancelled. You may then re-subscribe to MyMEdia Club by texting "YES"
to 7225 to receive monthly credits again.*
