Instructions FOREWORD Play the Tutorial and pay attention to the in-game Training Programs and you should have no need to read the following. Those of you wanting to learn the theory behind the practice, read on. THE FORCE Use the Force to battle enemies and to manipulate the environment in a cinematic setting where your actions advance the story. Using Force powers consumes Force energy. Your Force resources are shown by a blue bar on the right side of the in-game view. Force resources start recovering soon after you stop using any Force powers. You learn new Force powers and existing Force powers grow in strength as you advance through the game. OFFENSIVE FORCE POWERS Use offensive Force powers (such as Force Grip) to act on the environment, to eliminate enemies, or to manipulate objects. Offensive powers need to be targeted by weaving the targeting patterns. DEFENSIVE FORCE POWERS Use defensive Force powers (such as Force Heal) to improve your odds, to heal yourself, or to hinder enemy actions. Defensive powers are triggered by weaving the correct pattern by heart. LIGHTSABER Use your lightsaber to defend yourself, to deflect blaster fire, or to block concussions. Lightsaber is used by weaving red defense patterns. HEALTH Being hit by projectiles, blaster fire, or any other weapon consumes health. Your health resources are shown by a red bar on the left side of the in-game view. Health can be recovered by using Force Heal. Your health is also fully recovered at the end of a chapter. If your health is fully depleted the main character dies and you are offered a chance to try the scene again with some health recovered
